Terms & Conditions

1. Hipcities. com works in association with Starfish Luxury Travel Distribution acts as a booking agent for the hotel(s) it has selected.
2. For your security, payments online are made through secure servers
3. For all bookings, Hipcities.com will take a credit card number on behalf of the hotel to guarantee the reservation
4. We do not charge any fees for amendments to bookings providing no late cancellation costs are incurred
5. If any fees payments or deposits are due in advance, these will be very clearly marked before you confirm your booking
6. Depending on the hotel, you are sometimes required to pay for your full stay online. If you use a credit card Hipcities.com charges a maximum 3% credit card fee. You can avoid this by using a debit card.
7. All deposits are non-refundable.
8. Once your booking is confirmed, you are subject to the hotel's own cancellation policy. Most hotels have a period before check-in when cancellations incur a penalty fee.  Remember that hotel cancellation periods start at midnight on the day before arrival.
9. It is your responsibility to contact Hipcities.com if you do not receive a confirmation email. Please check your junk mail folder.
10. Hipcities.com cannot be held liable for errors or omissions in bookings made by hotels.
11. We do our utmost to ensure all hotel information on Hipcties.com is accurate, however hotel facilities may change at any time and any opinions expressed on our website are professionally subjective.
